Auto- bag filler
It consists of double material inlets, double feeding organ, double weighing funnel, organ, bag slot organ, machine frame, air inlet, pneumatic system, sensor, control box, conveying & bag-sewing organ, etc.

Working principle:
When double weighing funnel is selected and started, it will do weighing work simultaneously. The material is added into weighing funnel by feeding organ (pneumatic strobe). Controller receives weight signal from sensor and then functions as process value set beforehand. First it does fast (fast adding, intermediate adding & slow adding simultaneously) feeding; When the weight ≥ (target value-roughly measured value), stop the fast adding signal output, and come to intermediate speed (intermediate adding and slow adding simultaneously) feeding; When the weight ≥ (target value-accurately measured value), stop intermediate adding signal output, and come to slow speed (slow adding) feeding; When the weight ≥ (target value- excessively measured value), stop slow adding signal output, feeding gate is totally shut down, and fixed-value weighing is completed, and end signal is sent to PLC at the same time; According to the sequence of bag slot signal and weighing end signal, in turn PLC controls opening and closing of double weighing funnel discharging gate, material bag is automatically loosened and falls to conveying belt; After being sent to bag-sewing machine for bag-sewing, it comes to the next working procedure, and controller comes to the next control cycle simultaneously.
