Working principle: Powder material is continuously added into the machine by calibrated feeder set on the top of pelletizer. Functioned by air force and the mechanical force produced by the high-speed turning parts with stirring teeth, powder material is fully touched with adhesion agent (usually water) which is sprayed into the machine, continuously achieving the processes of mixing, pelletizing and compacting. At last the needed ball-shape grains are acquired and pelletizing is achieved.
Grains are ball shaped, roundness ≥ 0.7, grain dia. 0.3-1.0mm usually, rate of grain ≥ 85%, grain dia. Can be properly regulated by material wetness content and main shaft turning speed. Usually the lower the wetness is and the higher turning speed is, the smaller the grain is, vice versa.
Scope of application It is widely applicable to the pelletizing of light and fine materials. The finer the elementary particle is, the higher the roundness of grain is and the better the balling quality is. Usually the particle size of material before pelletizing should be less than 300 M.
